自润滑关节轴承磨损寿数模型

摘要:自润滑关节轴承寿数的核算和猜测关于进步配备的运转安全性具有严重的含义。针对自润滑
关节轴承磨损寿数核算和猜测的需求,从自润滑关节轴承的磨损机理动身,依据资料冲突磨损理论,选用组
合磨损核算方法别离建立了自润滑推力关节轴承和向心关节轴承的磨损寿数模型。该模型考虑了影响
自润滑关节轴承寿数的磨损机理、结构特色、作业特性及零部件功用要求等要素,特别是将结构参数和功
能要求显式地在模型中表明,可直接反映结构改变和功用要求对自润滑关节轴承磨损寿数的影响。核算实
例和剖析依据成果得出:相对现在运用的自润滑关节轴承经历核算公式,本文模型核算成果精确,理论按照更充

Abstract:Wearlifeforecastofselflubricatingsphericalplainbearinghasverygreatsignificancetotheoperatingsecurityofequipment.To
meetthedemandofwearlifecalculationandforecastofselflubricatingsphericalplainbearing,thewearlifemodelsforselflubricatingthrust
sphericalplainbearingandselflubricatingradialsphericalplainbearingwerecreatedbasedontheprincipleofjointwearcalculationmethodand
thewearmechanismofselflubricatingradialsphericalplainbearing.Themodelsproposedintegratedthewearmechanismofselflubricatingradial
sphericalplainbearing,thefrictionwearlawsofmaterials,configuration,matingcharacteristicoftheselflubricatingsphericalplainbearing,and
functionrequirement.Especially,theconfigurationparametersandfunctionrequirementweremorespecificinthemodelstodifferenttypesand
functionsofselflubricatingsphericalplainbearing.Exampleresultsandanalysisonthemodelsshowedthatthemodelcancalculatethewearlife
accurately,anditismoretheoreticalandhasagoodapplicabilitytothespecialdesignedandappliedselflubricatingsphericalplainbearing
comparedwiththeexperientialcalculationformulasusedatpresent.
